About The RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountantwill take responsibility for several entities and ensure the quality delivery of monthly management accounts. As the organization grows, this role offers the flexibility to work across a rangeof exciting new projects and initiatives.Primary Responsibilities- Prepare accurate monthly financial accounts for several entities within tight deadlines.- Demonstrate strong financial control skills in processes and delivery.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.- Support the FP&A team in analysis and queries.- Review payroll and sign off for payment.- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and annual adjustments.- Prepare quarterly FCA regulatory reports.- Review and approve payments on Sage and at the bank.- Manage treasury operations.- Prepare annual P11D and PSA returns.- Assist with interim and annual audits.- Engage with internal and external clients.- Drive for improvements in the role and systems.About You- Professional Accounting Qualification - ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years PQE.- Preferably from a top 20 Audit Firm.- Knowledge of Sage Intacct (Not essential).- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and delivering against firm deadlines.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across a range of seniorities.- Flexibility and adaptability to support different areas of the Finance team, and attention to detail.- Proficient in Excel and willing to learn new systems/tools.In return you can expect to receive a competitive package and work in a fast paced environment with some of the industries brightest individuals.
