Marketing Account Director (B2B) About Graymatter Reply: Graymatter Reply, is an award-winning integrated B2B agency that connects marketing, sales and business processes - delivering insight that increases conversion, customer value and sustainable sales growth. Graymatter Replys proposition is made up of threecore areas of specialism: B2B Marketing (strategy, campaign planning and delivery), B2B Marketing technology (progressive profiling of prospects) and best-in-class B2B CRM (data architecture, data science and predictive modelling) to optimise customer contactand value. Graymatter Reply specialises in business to decision-maker marketing and has experience across a range of sectors combined with in-depth working knowledge of the Automotive, IT, Tech & Software and Manufacturing sectors. Role overview:As an Account Director, youll bring a plethora of skills and experience working with automotive clients. You may be a Senior Account Manager ready for the next step in your career, or already an Account Director but looking for a new opportunity to learn andgrow. We are looking for a B2B marketing expert with a challenger mindset, who knows exactly how to build partnerships with a client, is a dab hand at delivering strategies that achieve targets and build value. All whilst ensuring everything runs smoothlyand profitably. Responsibilities:

  • You will be designing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Organisation of Budgetary planning, management, and analysis
  • You will measure ROI and key performance metrics
  • Build trusted and collaborative relationships - internally within the organisation and externally with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop new business initiatives
  • Differentiate the brand in a crowded marketplace
About the candidate:
  • A minimum of a bachelors/masters degree with a 2:1 classification or above, preferably in marketing, media and communications, or any marketing affiliated degree
  • You have already gained solid B2B marketing experience coupled with automotive sector exposure
  • You possess strong decision-making and influencing skills and youre great at building and maintaining key client relationships
  • Exceptional budgetary and negotiation skills
  • Results-orientated planning prowess and management responsibility
