Partnership Manager£30,000 - £35,000 Per AnnumEast London or Work from anywhere’Key Words: Partnership Manager, B2B, Channel, Partnership, Training, Accreditations, Customer Success Our client is looking Partnership Manager to join their fun and vibrant team.Looking for a change and an exciting challenge - we are looking for someone from a Membership, Customer Success or Training background.About the Company A flourishing B2B marketing company based in East London, the business utilise telemarketing, email marketing and digital marketing to engage audiences, generating opportunities for their customers. They are a small, close nit and growing team who have broken all of their records in recent months and are looking forward to an even more successful 2020/21.What about the role........As a brand new position within the business, the Partnership Manager will have a busy and varied role establishing and managing partner relationships, as well as being instrumental in building a revenue generating partner training, accreditation, and management programme.Our client effectively acts as a broker to deliver demand generation activity on behalf of their clients. This is not a sales role; your role will be to manage these partners and ensure that campaign metrics are delivered by said partners and that they are following best practice.In the next stage of their growth, they are looking to build this out as a revenue generating model, delivering value to partners beyond the work that is put their way - Think HubSpot Academy.About You....

  • You will be working within a Customer Success, Membership or Training capacity, with demonstrable success
  • You will be proactive with the ability to work autonomously
  • The ability to multi task, working with both internal and external customers, as well as formulating and delivering the new partner programme
  • An understanding of the B2B marketing landscape will be highly advantageous, and so you may be working in a B2B Agency or B2B marketing related business (software, training.
