JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor (International)PQE: 1-4 yrsLOCATION: LondonSALARY: £85-95,000 (DOE)THE ROLE:This leading practice is seeking a Solicitor to join their expanding international private client team based in London. You will handle a wide array of private client work, primarily for individuals with international connections. Responsibilities include:• Advising on pre-immigration tax planning.• Understanding the remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident tests.• Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals.• Global asset structuring.• Succession planning and family governance for international families.• Advising on the UK tax treatment of investments, including property holding structures.• Handling offshore trust and estate planning.• Conducting related tax and fiduciary work.• Marketing and business development to grow the London client base.THE CANDIDATE:The successful Private Client Solicitor will be technically strong and possess excellent drafting skills. You should be able to demonstrate solid international private client experience gained from another leading firm.
