Private Credit / PE IR Associate

Job Description

The Analyst / Associate will support the team in capital raising, investor relations, and co-investmentsyndications. Tasks will include:

  • Preparing fundraising and marketing materials
  • Managing RFPs and DDQs with prospective investors
  • Mapping and identifying potential client prospects.
  • Supporting Head of IR on client roadshows and meetings
  • Manage existing ad hoc client requests and prepare quarterly performance reports.
  • Collaboratewith legal, compliance, investments and operations teams during fundraising
You will need to have 2 - 4 years IR experience in an alternative credit fund (direct lending/asset backed lending/NAV lending), private equity manager, or a placement agent. In addition, you will have strong written communication skills, good basic financialanalytical skills using Excel(basic asset valuation), a keen attention to detail, and be comfortable liaising with and presenting to investors.
