Programme Test Manager - London - Asset & Investment Management

Define Master Test Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Test Strategy tailored to the programmes needs.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of test managers and testers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in testing practices.
Test Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of all testing phases, ensuring alignment with the Master Test Strategy and project timelines.
Test Automation: Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multi-location teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing operations and effective communication.
Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate testing-related risks, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness and reduce time-to-market deliveries.

Required Experience:

Asset/Investment Management Expertise: Extensive experience in large-scale test programmes within the Asset Management/Investment Management sector.
Platform Migration: Proven experience working on migrations of Investment Management platforms, such as Aladdin or SimCorp Dimension.
Front and Middle Office Systems: Strong understanding and experience with Front and Middle Office systems, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS).
Multi-location Team Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate teams across multiple locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Complex Testing Environments: Experience in managing complex and multi-platform testing environments.
Strategic Test Planning: Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for large-scale programmes.
Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of testers.
