Our client, as well-known organisation with a stellar reputation for change and innovation, is looking to hire a credible and commercially astute Project Finance Business Partner to join its talented team. This is a fantastic role, truly business facing,responsible for reporting, forecasting and analysis to drive performance. This business has a great track-record for internal development also, with the majority of its Finance leadership having worked their way through the ranks. Main duties include:* Ensuring financial KPI targets are met through education of cross-functional business partners* Acting as first line of support for Operations, proactively dealing with queries and analysis in a timely manner. Providing advice and guidance on financial matters and commercial decision making.* Ensuring accuracy of the management accounts * Understanding what drives business results and measure what matters through actionable insight an analysis* Identifying strengths and weaknesses, understanding and driving operational efficiencies * Proposing innovative solutions that drive efficiencies * Using data and competitive benchmarking to build performance * Understand key revenue and expenditure variances to forecasts * Attending business review and contribute through explaining trading variances and analysis to support the key trends* Determining capital spend needs for your region* Lead on any new acquisitions budgets and forecastsKey skills & experience:* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified* Demonstrable financial analysis and business partnering skills, with the ability to gather and present large quantities of data * Ability to influence key business processes* Well-organised and able to work in a constantly evolving environment * Confident and credible relationship builder * Commercially astute with a clear understanding of business drivers* Ambitious nature and sets a high standard for quality and delivery or work* Proactive approach to problem solvingThis is a really unique opportunity, for an impressive and engaging Finance Business Partner, to join an excellent business that can significantly progress careers for those ambitious individuals.
