Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Operational Planning Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and lead the clinical operations operational planning for projects, including end-to-endforecasting, scenario planning, operational risk mitigation, planning, scheduling and real-time resource management.The ideal candidate for this Project Operational Planning Manager position brings a wealth of skills and experience. You have a deep understanding of current workforce planning methodology and are familiar with WFP tools. Your strong forecasting experienceis complemented by your numerate skills. You understand clinical risk even though you may not be a clinician yourself. Your high level of analytical and statistical ability, strategic planning, scenario planning, stress testing and operational risk identificationand management skills set you apart. You have the ability to build commitment, credibility, and influence. Your strong attention to detail and planning skills are key to your success in this role.
