Salary: £25,000!Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a talented and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their working day.* Greeting tenants and visitors, ensuring a positive and warm impression of the organisation.* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area at all times.* Managing post and deliveries efficiently.* Building close relationships with clients while maintaining a professional demeanour.* Responding to phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or taking messages.* Programming access cards when required. Working closely with the Executive and Facilities teams, you will:* Provide day-to-day support to tenants within the companys portfolio.* Ensure a 5-star service by promptly addressing office and building queries and promptly communicating updates to tenants.* Maintain high visual standards by conducting daily checks and reporting any maintenance or facility issues to the Facilities Manager.* Set up buildings prior to viewings, ensuring everything is in order. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential in this role:* You will liaise with neighbouring Executives to ensure coverage during lunch breaks and other times away from the desk.* Collaborate with the Executive Team, keeping them informed of your whereabouts and addressing urgent issues.* Pass on important information and requests to the appropriate teams and management. To be successful in this role, you should have:* Strong organisational and administrative skills.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Yardi.* Familiarity with security systems, like Net2.* The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
