Receptionist - Private members Club - 27K

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to move into the exclusive world of Private Members ClubTHE JOB:

Greeting and check in/check-out assistance of the guests.
Responding to and addressing all requests or questions either directly or by passing on to the relevant department.
Answering and forwarding all incoming calls.
Management of the Club’s bookings and reservations.
Assistance with any administrative and clerical duties.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience of working in a Customer facing role i.e. Hotel Reception for at least 1 year.
Stability in your career to date.
Can do attitude.
Immaculate presentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility as this is a 5 over 7 role with will expect of you to work alternating weekends.

THE PACKAGE:

27K per annum + bi-annual TRONC
40h per week
Work pattern - two types of shifts 7am – 3pm and 2pm-10pm with alternating weekends on duty
