SEN TeacherA large special needs (SEN) school situated in the borough of Brent are actively searching for a SEN teacher with experience in ASD. This position is an full time, long term role starting from September.

The SchoolThis is a friendly and supportive SEN School that works closely with children diagnosed with Autism. This particular SEN School is located in the North West of London is rated Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has parking at the main site in addition tooff street parking, so it is easily accessible for those who drive and is within walking distance from the local stations. The school has a strong ethos that implement in the school every day. The staff have created a high morale and want to make sure theyprovide a safe and comfortable space for everyone.The SEN Teacher RoleIdeally the successful applicant will have a proven track record working as a SEN Teacher in an SEN environment, but the Headteacher will happily consider anyone who is looking to transition from a mainstream setting.The successful SEN Teacher will be teaching 8, KS1 students with ASD/SLD. There is a mixture of verbal and non-verbal students.The successful SEN Teacher will need to be committed, flexible and resilient with the ability to use their own initiative where required.
