  • Growing the quality and quantity of qualified leads via our platform and email programmes.
  • Amplifying the reach of B2B content and product enhancements through email marketing.
  • Grow followers and engagement across our B2B social media channels.
  • Delivering transparency on key B2B initiatives internally.
MAIN DUTIESThe Senior Marketing Executive will be working in a matrix environment, working across sales, content, customer success, product, technology and editorial.
  • Build, execute and evaluate B2B demand generation campaigns across web, email & social media to deliver engagement and marketing qualified leads.
  • Own our customer lead platform by keeping content up-to-date and making recommendations based on performance.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives for global accounts.
  • Own all B2B social media channels by creating compelling content with visually appealing graphics, posting regularly and continually reviewing performance to inform optimisations.
  • Track, measure, and develop a reporting cadence on marketing and sales metrics across all programs to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our editorial team to create surveys for the capture of proprietary data.
  • Gain exposure to all areas within marketing by being an on-hand support for the rest of the marketing team’s specialisms when required.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONEssentialExperience/ Skills
  • 2 or more years of proven work experience within a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience of working building programmes and working with Marketo
  • Experience of the full multimedia marketing mix (email/ web/ social media).
  • Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative skills and the ability to work and adhere to brand guideline.
  • Organised, data-driven and outcome-oriented approach to all work.
