Senior Director level - Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Major Infrastructure Private Equity FundWe are now working with one of the a major infrastructure private equity fund, who are looking to hire a Senior Director level professional to their portfolio management team.The portfolio management team works on the following:Work with investment, operations and industry partner teams to provide day-to-day asset management oversight to their growing portfolio of infrastructure assetsIdentify, develop, track and implement key initiatives, alongside company management teams and their investment and industry partner teams, to deliver business plans and generate value through pro-active asset managementWork with company management and investment and industry partner teams to deliver key strategic initiatives (such as refinancings, material contract negotiations, regulatory reviews, follow-on acquisitions etc) at portfolio companies Identify and mitigatekey asset risks alongside company management teams Implement, improve and monitor periodic reporting by investee companies and identify material deviations and actions requiredPrepare and present regular updates and reporting on development of portfolio companies to the Funds management teamWork with the Funds operations team to provide accurate and timely reporting, including asset valuations, to investorsCollaborate with the Funds investment team on new transactions to develop acquisition business plans and 100 day plansThey are interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:Senior Director level infrastructure professionals professionals with 12 - 15 years + experienceCurrently working in an infrastructure fund or possible a strategic or commercial role in a related industry where you will be at least a DirectorJunior partner level professional from a Big Four Firm working in infrastructure advisoryStrong understanding of the infrastructure sectorInternational experience usefulHighly commercial
