EXCLUSIVE ROLESenior Group Risk Manager - International Retailer£80,000 - £90,000 per annum + 30% bonusLondon based (Zone 1)2 days a week in the officeAudit & Risk Recruitmentare delighted to be working exclusively with a pan-European, Listed retail business. Our client boasts 5000 stores across Europe including several hundred in the UK. This is a newly created role joining a growingintegrated assurance function, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk. They have been building a team encompassing audit, internal controls and this will be the first hire in a designated Risk Management role.Key responsibilities will include the development and roll-out of the new Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives. You will annually review risk management, reporting to and working closely with theAudit & Risk Committee. You will act as a champion for all things Risk across the Group, and foster a culture of good Risk Management across business functions. It is hoped that you will develop a data-driven approach to Risk, using numerical data to underpinRisk Assessments. You will also be key in the development of Supply Chain Risk protocols to monitor Risks associated with factories and third-party suppliers.The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably gained from a Retail or Manufacturing background or alternatively a business with supply chain relationships in China and the Indian Subcontinent. You willbe pragmatically minded and able to drive an effective Risk Management culture. Any experience of data-driven Risk Management methodologies will be highly valued.
