Our client are a global and expanding insurance company in the City. In this role you will be supporting the design, develop and delivery of transformation projects within the global underwriting and portfolio management functions. This role is expectedto deliver results by leveraging experience in both project management and stakeholder engagement, translating complex change initiatives into achievable plans. It is a small close-knit team spread across two other locations. Responsibilities will includesupporting the planning, implementation and monitoring of change projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, documenting and defining new project ideas and scope, developing slide decks and project management documents to communicatestrategic change initiatives, taking ownership of process mapping, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working directly with stakeholders from across the company. This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role in the Insurance / Reinsurance / Consultancy sector who is highly organised, has strong communication skills, and a history of cross-business unit collaboration. It would be ideal forsomeone who has worked in the following roles: Project Manager / Management Consultant / Process Analyst / Change Analyst. You will have effective presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in for ideas/solutions, facilitates the flow of information, up, down and across the organisation, and encourages the sharing of ideas/information.Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process.
