Job Title Divisional Risk and Control Specialist Location London Corporate Title Assistant Vice President The Divisional Risk and Control (R&C) Specialist is responsible for delivering specific aspects of the risk and control strategy for a sub-division. This includes monitoring risk and control activities, risk based control reporting of key issues, performanceand validation of cyclical activities such as annual control self-assessments. It would also include, control testing, incident research, remediation monitoring and other ad hoc control initiatives and projects. The Divisional Risk and Control Specialist willliaise with other risk and control functions, on a management level to assure the integration of risk initiatives and projects. One key function within R&C is the Audit Management and Advisory (AM&A) group. The groups specific objective is to work with all the Corporate Bank Technology (CB Tech), Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM), Regulatory Management Group (RMG), Group Audit andall other stakeholders on comprehensive audit management across internal, external and regulatory audits. The functions primary stakeholders are the CB Technology CIOs and their teams. The group also provide service to the entire CB Tech ExCo. You will needto understand the risks associated with the Banks Technology Platforms, ongoing/existing risks and control related programs, and manage the resolution of these risks as appropriate.
