  • Conducting and analysing trade mark searches.
  • Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
  • Managing trade mark renewals.
  • Assisting with trade mark oppositions.
  • Reporting to clients on trade mark matters.
  • Liaising with foreign associates on international trade mark matters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in trade mark law and practice.
  • Supporting the wider team in all aspects of trade mark work.
ProfileA successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:
  • A degree in Law or a related field.
  • CITMA
