The Role: Design and maintain transfer pricing policies within LSEG. Manage transfer pricing risk and assist with resolving transfer pricing disputes. Lead transfer pricing compliance and documentation. Partner with the business on all transfer pricing matters and projects. Detail: • Design transfer pricing policies within the Group and ensure compliance with the policies through a control framework. Update and maintain existing transfer pricing models as required given business changes and updates to local rules and regulations. • Become a key point of contact for the Group on all transfer pricing related matters including, where necessary, local tax authorities. • Identify key areas of transfer pricing risk for the Group and take action to reduce or remove the risks as appropriate. • Support business integration/transformation and M&A activity and provide transfer pricing advice on projects and initiatives. • Lead the defence of transfer pricing audits around the world. • Lead the production & maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and CBCR for the Group including the production of supporting documentation for key business-led transactions. • Oversee the transfer pricing compliance in all countries in which the Group operates. • Liaise with advisers to ensure high standards of transfer pricing advise is provided in relation to local operations/transactions. • Support the production of intercompany agreements in line with Groups policies.
