Our commitment is not just towardsour clients but we aim to foster a positive and equitable working environment with our consultants and colleagues which stems from our core values: Confident, Dedicated, Responsible, Genuine.Overview: As a Workday L&D SME, you will lead a comprehensive programme aimed at enhancing self-service capabilities and automation within HR functions for a prestigious investment bank. You will develop and deliver training programmes tohelp employees across the EMEA region, and support teams in APAC and NYC, to independently perform essential HR tasks using the Workday platform.Key Responsibilities:Training Development and Delivery:

  • Create and implement comprehensive training sessions to enable business users to perform basic HR tasks independently, such as updating personal information and managing holiday requests.
  • Provide targeted training to HR teams and various business units to maximise the utilisation of the Workday platform.
  • Continuously assess and adapt training methods to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
Global Coordination:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and NYC to ensure a consistent and cohesive training approach.
  • Address and support region-specific challenges and requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with the Workday platform, particularly in an L&D capacity.
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to varying levels of platform maturity across regions.
  • Previous experience in consultancy or a client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Investment banking experience is not essential..
