Make a significant and specialist contribution in the memory assessment and community dementia service.
Assess service users using a variety of assessment tools, specialised observational and communication skills.

What you’ll need:

Relevant Professional Qualification in OT

Current unrestricted registration with HCPC

Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and theory

Professional knowledge acquired through degree/ diploma.

Significant experience of undertaking Occupational Therapy assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk taking

Substantial experience in a dementia or mental health setting.

Must be car driver.
