About UsWe’re South West Galvanizers, part of the Wedge Group, leaders in galvanizing solutions. Our group has almost 150 years of experience and is the UK’s largest hot dip galvanizing operation. We are now looking for a number of Production Operatives to join us, working night shifts. The Benefits - Salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum - Overtime paid at time and a half - The chance to enhance experience in a number of areas - Full training - Develop your career with a well-established business - 33 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) The Role As a Production Operative, you’ll carry out a range of tasks to support our Production function. Working in line with H&S requirements, you’ll carry out a range of manual handling activities and work well as part of a team to complete tasks to the highest standards.About You To be considered as a Production Operative, you’ll need:- Experience of working in an environment where you had to adhere to health and safety procedures- To be able to embrace a culture of continuous improvement- The willingness to develop your skills- A good eye for detail- A team player mentalityWe’re eager to hear from you if you’ve worked as, or would like to become a, Shift Production Operative, Production Technician, Shift Operative, Shift Manufacturing Operative, Manufacturing Technician, or Operative.
