Job Description

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Care Team Leader in Lowestoft.Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and care for adults with learning disabilities Do you have strong leadership skills and a dedication to making a positive impactAs a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities. You will work half of your time on rota and half off, to ensure that all service users receiveperson-centred care tailored to their individual needs, promoting their independence and community involvement.This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career! Your new employer will support you to complete your RQF Level 5 in social care management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support workers to provide outstanding care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs and goals of each service user.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, rotas, and resource management.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and support
  • Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the service in line with CQC legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • RQF Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care or similar qualification
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a social care setting.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of learning disabilities
  • UK Driving License
