Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant who has experience within the interim/contract recruitment space. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and expand our interim recruitment division, focusing on growing our interim offering for existingand new clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the division, engaging in hands-on recruiting, business development, and driving business growth. This role will suit a Senior Consultant who wants more autonomy and an opportunityto develop further. Key Responsibilities:Develop and Grow Interim Offering: Lead the expansion of our interim recruitment services, identifying new business opportunities and crafting strategic plans to attract top talent and clients.Hands-On Recruitment: Engage directly in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and placing interim candidates to meet client needs.Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with clients and candidates to drive business growth.Division Development: Establish and develop a high-performing interim recruitment division, setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to recruitment and business development.Contractor Management: Managing compliance, status determinations and contractor management alongside third party providers to offer comprehensive solutions to clients. Requirements:* Proven experience in interim recruitment, with a track record of success in a senior consultant or head of role.
