Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for leading the Human Resources team and ensuring the smooth operation of the department within our Industrial / Manufacturing industry-based organisation.Client DetailsThis organisation is a leading player in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, boasting a workforce of over 5000 dedicated employees.   • Leading the Human Resources team and facilitating collaboration
  • Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Ensuring compliance with industrial / manufacturing regulations and laws
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
  • Coordinating training and development activities
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the departmental level
ProfileA successful HR Administrator should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience within a Human Resources team
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications
  • A good understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
