Job Description

An enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment and HR Officer is sought for a pivotal role within a leading Industrial / Manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, Employee Relations and staff development.Client DetailsThis is a well-established industrial / manufacturing firm with a strong presence across the UK. Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
Oversee HR operations, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the business objectives.
Foster a positive working environment, cultivating a strong company culture.
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise.
Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
Develop and implement training and development programmes.

Profile

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar Recruitment or HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
