Job Description

Customer Service Representative£25,000 - £27,000 DOE - Excellent benefits, training and progressionPermanentCrawley - Hybrid working on offer after initial training periodDo you have a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceDo you thrive in a busy role where you have responsibility for providing a seamless customer service experienceMy client is a successful, global business and this role will see you managing the day-to-day operations across a set of clients that you will have responsibility to manage and form great working relationships with.Working as part of a small, friendly and collaborative customer service team, your duties will include:

  • Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries/complaints.
  • Raising, expediting and chasing purchase orders.
  • Processing and amending customer sales orders, and keeping the customer updated.
  • Arranging deliveries, transportation and producing relevant shipping documentation.
  • Producing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy of information prior to sending.
  • Communicating and following up product and costing queries with the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Customer Service experience gained from a similar position
  • Effective and confident communicator with problem solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Work under pressure to deadlines
  • Competent Microsoft office skills
You will receive excellent training and once this has been completed will be able to work in a hybrid pattern with 2 days a week being based from home.
