Client Care Manager, Maidstone - £25,000 + BenefitsAre you a driven and passionate professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction Do you excel in listening and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members andclients If you answered yes, this could be the perfect role for you!We have a fantastic opportunity for you to become an integral part of a well-established and growing organisation as a Client Care Manager.Key Responsibilities: -

  • Manage teams across various local locations with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist with client inquiries, adhering to operational protocols and procedures.
  • Train and guide teams on payments, debt control, and handling complaints.
  • Utilize our in-house data systems and appointment scheduling facilities.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.
About You: -
  • IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong listening, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Capable of handling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • Passionate about working with animals and committed to their health and well-being.
  • Flexible with working hours, including some weekends.
  • Able to remain calm and professional in emotional situations, showing support and empathy.
