Job Description

Location: South East London, Kent, Surrey areaJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £38,000 - £42,000About Us:Our client is a leading electrical services provider specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of electrical systems in both residential and commercial premises. They are looking for a skilled and experienced electrician to join their dynamicteam.Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local electrical codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • AM2
  • 2391 Testing and Inspecting or equivalent (advantageous)
  • 18th edition
  • IPAF / PASMA
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
