Team Spirits Airport Operations is looking to add to our ever-expanding team based at Manchester Airport , working alongside luxury brands, in a vibrant and fast paced retail environment.Are you enthusiastic, outgoing and charismatic, with a drive for commitment and hard workSales driven with a willingness to further your knowledgeThen you could have what we are looking for.The role includes a wide variety of opportunity, promoting fragrance, skincare and make up within the World of Duty-Free store, as well as the opportunity to work in many areas of Manchester Airport. You will need to be confident working towards targetsas this role is not only customer facing but sales driven, as well as possessing excellent customer service skills.You must be available to work full-time or part- time, shifts which will entail a mixture of earlies and lates . You must be 18 or over due to Manchester Airport regulations.Flexibility with hours is a necessity.Key skills needed:

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be confident in engaging the customer in the brand experience and story telling
Educate passengers with your product knowledge
Well-presented and groomed
Willing to receive and deliver in house training
Drive sales working towards set targets
Maximise sales by traffic stopping to encourage curiosity and customer interaction
