Chef Area Sales Manager - Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year & car allowance & bonusLocation: North & Northwest England My client a national food service provider is seeking an ambitious and motivated Chef Area Sales Manager to join their team. This is a crucial role and the successful candidate will manage the budget and relationships of a portfolio of high-profile regionalaccounts. The position requires travel to clients in major city locations in the North & Northwest of England.Key Responsibilities:* Manage relationships and budgets across restaurants, hotels, major stadia, event sites and other regional group accounts with a multi-million-pound turnover.* Prospect new business to drive growth in the hospitality and premium catering sectors.* Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the senior leadership team.* Conduct face-to-face meetings and performance reviews with key contacts monthly.* Develop and implement sales strategies and product mixes for each customer.* Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for all accounts.* Drive business at unit level in alignment with head office agreements.* Maintain and negotiate product files for customers.* Achieve agreed growth targets for sales, profit, retention and new business KPIs.Skills and Experience:* Prior experience as a Chef or in B2B sales within the Food Service industry is essential.* Full UK driving license.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Strong planning and organisational skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.* Ability to communicate and present effectively to the senior leadership team.* Interest and understanding of the sports and events industry is desirable.Benefits:* Additional leave* Company pension* Employee discount* Life insurance* Private medical insuranceIf you are a well-organised, ambitious professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a leading food service company, please click apply now!
