Job Description

About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):13 The Team: The Private Markets space is rapidly expanding and so is our product offering. This role is to lead a results driven team of developers and quality engineers rapidly build ing out offerings to facilitate key workflows powering the private markets lifecycle.Our next leader will be excited to deliver in a fast-paced environment managing a globally distributed tea m using AI, event driven design patterns and microservice architectures. Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Own the technology aspects of the product teams strategy to ensure and feature development aligns with product goals.
  • Involved hands-on in all aspects of SDLC process.
  • Lead engineering and solution architecture efforts.
  • Member of the leadership team, accountable for project prioritization, capacity planning, and the development and communication of goals and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Represent development team in customer-facing discussions.
  • Collaborate with external technology partners to onboard them for projects.
  • Responsible for career development of the team.
  • Drive innovation in our process and delivery methods, ensuring consistency across projects.
What W ere L ooking F or : Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science /related field
  • 1 0 + Years in building large scale web-based systems
  • 3+ Experience with Cloud Technologies, prefer AWS
  • 5 + years team lead experience with a preference for experience managing managers
  • Experience with C# and/or Java with microservices
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds
" Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with JavaScript preferably React.
  • Experience with systems architected with event based design patterns
  • Exper ience with AI specifically computer vision and LLMs.
