Job Description

Job Title:Facilities AdministratorJob reference:SF242606We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator at a large public sector orgabisation in Manchester.This will be on a contract to permanent basis.Duties will include:

  • Provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Facilities Services team
  • Act as one of the first points of contact for: telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with suppliers
  • Organise labour and materials on site
  • Upload service reports and other relevant documents to the database
  • Frequent use of Excel spreadsheets and creating pivot tables to prioritise work
  • Raise orders for repairs
  • Receipting invoices
  • Liaise with sub contractors
  • Ensure the KPIs are met every month and feedback during monthly meetings
Essential skills / qualifications:
  • Competent use of Microsoft Excel
  • Report Writing and collation
