Job Description

Manchester - OnsiteUp to £35,000 per annum. + £500 per month bonus (OTE £41,000) DescriptionAre you passionate about sales and have a natural knack for teaching others We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledgeand skills needed to succeed. If you have a background in sales and love to see others succeed, we would love to hear from you.In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs to new and existing sales personnel. You will be responsible for training sales reps on our companys products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies. Additionally, you will assessthe training needs of the team and provide ongoing coaching and reinforcement to improve their performance. Your ability to motivate and engage others will be crucial in developing top-notch sales reps.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales personnel.
  • Deliver training sessions on products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and improve sales reps performance.
  • Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized training plans accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and surveys and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a training or coaching role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service strategies.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their sales goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using training technologies and tools.
  • Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred.
