Non-contentious Construction Associate 1-3 PQE £55,000 - £64,000One of Manchester’s fastest growing law firms are now looking to appoint a highly skilled non-contentious construction solicitor for their Manchester office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to a range of clients in theconstruction industry, including developers, contractors, funders, and public sector bodies. They will be required to draft and negotiate construction contracts, provide advice on procurement and risk management within a specialist non-contentious team operatingboth locally and on national lines.The ideal candidate for the position should have a 1-3PQE in non-contentious construction law, with experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising on procurement and risk management.
