Job Description

The role of the Resourcing Business Partner is to manage the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within the Reed Talent Solutions client portfolio to ensure that:

  • Resourcing outputs for contractual recruitment requirements are delivered in line with client expectations
  • Reed realises its commercial goals in line with the forecasted financials
  • Contract performance and client satisfaction leads to reference ability, retention, and extension of the contract
  • Take ownership of identifying new opportunities for income growth
  • Be a key escalation point for service and delivery issues working with the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to deliver a solution
  • Attend and actively be involved in Service Review Meetings
  • Work across multiple accounts providing an effective service to both clients and the supply chain
  • Actively work within the Reed network to deliver higher Reed fill rates, collaborating with key stakeholders and creating a joint strategy
  • Lead by example, by attending multiple key stakeholder meetings weekly
The Resourcing Business Partner is involved with the initial escalation point for operational matters within their client organisation and it is expected that most issues will be resolved at this level.What youll be doingDelivering Service Excellence and Quality Standards:
  • Owning the delivery of a Managed Service for a key client, either directly or through the co-ordination of Reed or third tier supplier teams
  • Partnering with key stakeholders within the client business, taking accountability for high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Overseeing the delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines and market-leading principles including man-power planning, attraction strategy design and delivery, response handling, assessment centre design and delivery, pre-employmentscreening services, recruitment process administration and the delivery of optimised recruitment technologies
  • Ensuring that activities managed on-site on the client premises are seamlessly integrated with the delivery of outputs from dedicated client teams based off-site at Reed HR Service Centres (who will deliver attraction strategy delivery, response handlingand recruitment process administration activities) as well as the clients own retained functions
  • Delivering all services to clients with expertise, a focus on quality and demonstrating a desire to meet challenging delivery targets
  • Acting, as necessary, to ensure that consistent service excellence is delivered
  • Being the first point of contact for the resolution of any issues experienced within the delivery of the Managed Service to the client organisation
Client Relationship Management:
  • Ensuring the establishment and development of world-class client relationships up to senior management level within Operational teams and the internal Recruitment function
  • Demonstrating a clear and up-to-date understanding of the clients business at all times
  • Working closely with the client to identify business development opportunities for Reed Talent Solutions and the wider Reed Group of Companies
  • Representing Reed Talent Solutions both internally and externally with the professionalism expected of a market-leading organisation
  • Assuming responsibility for the delivery of a service that meets established client Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide the business with regular and ad-hoc MI regarding specific business areas. Ensure monitoring and tracking of delivery against plan is robust and fit for purpose. Hold regular update meetings with the business where MI will be presented
  • Adherence to Financial Targets
  • Ensuring that all activities undertaken in service delivery are in line with contractual and Service Level Agreement requirements
  • Successfully managing activities to ensure that specific income and profit growth targets are met and where possible, exceeded
  • Demonstrating commercial acumen at a level expected of a market leader in Managed Service delivery
Continual Improvement and Development:
  • Developing your client account such that clients benefit not only from best practice available in the market but also the resources and expertise that Reed can apply across its diverse Group of Companies
  • Ensuring that all opportunities and threats are pre-empted and managed to the benefit of both the client and Reed Talent Solutions
