Job Description

Sales AdministratorLocation: Exchange Quay, ManchesterJob Area: Support Services / SalesJob Type: Full Time, PermanentHours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri (37.5 hrs per week)Job Summary: To ensure seamless contract execution for our energy business. Manage contract lifecycle, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance while providing support to the sales team.Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Supporting the sales team with contract drafting and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing regular updates and continued support to the sales team.
  • Chase information from sales teams for contract completion.
  • Working on FFB CRM database to maintain accurate information.
Sales Administrator - Essential/Desirable requirements:
  • Proficient in contract drafting, and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling confidential information and contractual agreements.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel to produce and update reports.
  • Previous experience working in finance and experience on SAP would be advantageous.
  • Candidates who’ve had a dual role in sales admin/finance would be advantageous.
