Job Description

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£70K Year 3)Our client is an established global recruitment consultancy with offices in Manchester, London and the US, specialising in advanced technology and engineering!After a hugely successful start to 2024, they are now looking to add to their award-winning team. The Role
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
