Were seeking a future team member for the role of Transformation Project Manager to join our Fund / Client Accounting team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Will manage strategic initiatives to enhance our Institutional accounting operations and client reporting services. This role focuses on improving operational processes and client interactions through innovative solutions and effective project management.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
• Support the team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage project lifecycles from planning to execution, focusing on enhancing client service delivery through improved operational practices.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork across client accounts to align project outcomes with broader business goals.
• Act as a key stakeholder in driving operational changes that contribute to the overall transformation and efficiency of the department.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and support strategic decisions for future capital planning.
• Develop detailed project plans in a hybrid-agile environment to act upon changing needs and requirements.
• Compile and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 3 years in a project related role.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and capability to oversee significant strategic initiatives.
• Experience participating in Kanban-based Agile environments.
• Agile or Scrum certification would be advantageous.
• Extensive project management experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Institutional / fund accounting or fund administration.
• Excellent communication skills, effective at supporting teams and coordinating between diverse operational groups.
• This role is suited for a strategic leader who excels in optimizing business processes and enhancing client satisfaction through thoughtful innovation and leadership.
