This role isideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the education sector and make a positive impact on students learning journeys. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school day by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroombehaviour, and supporting students in their learning. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities:

Classroom Management: Supervise and manage students in the classroom, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources provided by the absent teacher.
Student Support: Assist students with their work, providing guidance and support to help them understand and complete tasks.
Behavior Management: Implement the schools behaviour policy, maintaining discipline and managing behaviour in the classroom.
Communication: Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and report any issues or concerns.
Flexibility: Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to your role.

Requirements:
