This role is perfect for individuals passionate about property management, with a drive to deliver exceptionalservice and grow within the field.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring efficient property operations and compliance with lettings legislation.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance.
  • Stay informed and provide accurate guidance on lettings laws and regulations.
  • Uphold high legal and regulatory standards across all managed properties.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and positive testimonials.
  • Ensure all rental properties meet habitability standards and comply with regulations.
  • Contribute to company targets and support business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor rent arrears and facilitate timely collections to ensure financial stability.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm for entering the property market with a proactive and confident approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK clean driving license.
