Job Description

This fully home based, Employee Benefits Administrator job is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm.You will be providing full, comprehensive administration support to their Consultants and Financial Advisors, administering group risk and medical insurances. As an Employee Benefits Administrator, your key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with product product providers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms regarding group schemes
  • Input plan details into client database, including scanning documents, adding emails and adding activity entries
  • Prepare documentation and suitability reports
  • Ensure all anti-money laundering checks have been undertaken
  • Obtain illustrations, application forms and other key documentation
  • Submit new business accurately and on time

  • You should have 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Services Administrator role
  • You should have experience in pension, group risk, medical and other corporate benefits administration
  • You should have excellent knowledge of DC pensions, group risk and group PMI
  • You must be enthusiastic for your profession; be forward thinking; do the right thing and actively care for your clients and colleagues
