If you are passionate about cloud technologies, specifically Office 365, Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange, this is the perfect opportunity for you.As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our clients IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of their cloud services and on-premises systems.This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions. This is a 70% Infrastructure based role and 30% 1st and 2nd Line Support.Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Administration: Manage and maintain Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Azure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and network configurations.
• Azure AD Administration: Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management.
• Microsoft Exchange: Administer Microsoft Exchange environments, both on-premises and online, including mailbox management, email routing, and security configurations.
• Infrastructure Support: Provide second and third-level support for infrastructure-related incidents and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security and compliance, including data protection, threat management, and regulatory adherence.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Project Participation: Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, providing expertise on infrastructure-related tasks and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and System Centre.
