This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic sales person, with experience of working as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, to join an independent Estate Agency in the Middlesbrough area.The RoleThis is to work in residential sales and lettings, dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face, generating viewings and valuations, conducting accompanied viewings and agreeing sales and lets then progressing these through to exchange. The successfulcandidate will be required to hit targets, be competent in cross selling, which includes mortgage appointments and conveyancing services, whilst maintaining and delivering outstanding customer service, encouraging repeat business and recommendations.The role requires a positive an organised individual with a level of resilience, someone who is capable of actively identifying and pursuing new leads and generating new business from them.The PersonApplications are welcome from candidates with recent sales negotiation experience, ideally from within an estate agency. The successful candidate is also required to have strong sales skills and lettings knowledge, coupled with outstanding communication skills- written and verbal.Furthermore, applicants must have strong IT skills, the ability to work to KPIs and also to cross sell. They must also have a clean driving license.Work pattern Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience up to £25,000 and in a generous commission structure.
