Provide strong leadership and stabilise the Transactions team.
Recruit to key positions within the team.
Assess and improve key transactional processes.
Redefine workflows and set clear KPIs.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Success at the end of the contract will be measured by the Transformation of attitudes within theteam and the improved quality of service coming from the Transactions team.
