Job Description

Typical duties will include:

  • Perform maintenance and light repairs that may not require a specialised technician
  • Identify and report the need for more significant repairs
  • Some cleaning (sweeping, dusting etc.)
  • Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
  • Clear out rain gutters and ensure gullies, drains etc. are kept free of debris
  • Undertake porterage tasks as required, including setting up and clearing away furniture
  • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
  • Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Deliver a wide range of items
  • There may be a need to lift heavy products or parcels and to load and unload
  • Prepare and inspect the delivery vehicle
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and ensure it is well maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
