Our client ensures youre well taken care of!Collaborative Team Environment: Join a team of 12 technicians, where youll receive robust support and wont be left to tackle challenges alone.Your Role as the Mechanical Maintenance Technician:You will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the broader maintenance team. As the Mechanical Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Repairing and inspecting equipment.
Contributing to the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) system.
Assisting with projects aimed at site improvement.

What youll need for the Mechanical Maintenance Technician position:

A time-served mechanical apprenticeship.
Maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with machine tools such as lathes, drills, and milling equipment.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps is highly desirable.

What Youll Receive:

Competitive Salary: £42,100 (inclusive of overtime payments).
Generous Benefits: Up to 9% pension contribution, private medical cover, enhanced on-call payments, potential annual bonus, and up to 45 holiday days, including Bank Holidays (if you opt into the compressed working hours scheme).

Working Hours:

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Compressed hours option: 7am-4pm, with an additional holiday the following month.
