Position: Inbound Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Hillview House, Newtownabbey, BT36 7LQ (ONSITE, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE)Salary: £15 per hourHours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayShifts: Must be available between 8am-5pmType: Temporary until Approx October 2024. We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work on an IT Service Desk in the Newtownabbey area. As a key representative of Capita, you will have the ability to always remain professional, remaining focused on the task in hand and working to a high standard. We are looking for candidates with a commitment to the development of our services and strive forcontinual improvement. In addition, you will be flexible, have a can do/will do attitude and "pitch in" with all tasks. Youll be part of a large team, all working together as one in an exciting, fast paced atmosphere.You will be providing customer support via a service desk providing ticket logging services, technical support and ticket resolution to a range of external customers within the education sector. You will take inbound calls from Schools, Colleges and Universitiesacross Northern Ireland and provide support to aide resolving their queries. Experience working within an IT service desk is desirable as you need to be confident taking customers through trouble shooting, technical fixes and triage. If you have no experience within an IT Service Desk, Confident and demonstrable experience with use of IT Equipment is required. 4 weeks training is provided and you must be confident with verbal and written communication with a high attention to detail and also be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
