Teaching Assistant - Full Time - North LondonAre you an empathetic individual with a passion for guiding young minds Do you have the patience and understanding needed to work with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) We have a wonderful opportunity for you to become afull-time Teaching Assistant (TA) at a flourishing Special Educational Needs (SEN) primary school in North London.Our client, a highly-regarded primary SEN school, is seeking a committed TA to support and motivate students with PMLD. These students may have complex learning needs, and your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their educational journey withina nurturing environment.Responsibilities Include:

Assisting PMLD students, ensuring they are able to engage with the curriculum in a meaningful way.
Providing emotional support and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.Adapting learning materials to meet each students unique needs.
Collaborating closely with teachers and SENCO to monitor and evaluate students progress.
Encouraging students independence and self-confidence, while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
