Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Salary: £25k - £32kLocation: NW London - HybridSummary:We are representing one of the most exciting residential developers with a stronghold in London and further afield. They are adding to their team due to continued growth, by bringing in an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will have residentialreal estate experience in a similar position.This role will be fast paced, in a small but growing team and needs someone to come in and hit the ground running. You will need to be able to commute to NW London, although they do offer hybrid working.Key Responsibilities: Credit Control

  • To be responsible for the credit control on specified companies
  • To proactively chase outstanding arrears from residents and updating your line manager
  • To assist in ensuring that the correct rent demands are raised for Quintain Living
  • Ensure all residents adhere to their contractual payment terms
  • Ensure prompt resolution of any direct debit queries/issues
Accounts Receivable
  • Raising all intercompany and manual invoices monthly
  • Allocating all sales ledger transactions on Access Dimensions
  • Salesforce Administrative Tasks
  • Managing and completing all salesforce task sent to finance by the leasing and residents team ensuring all requested changes are correctly reflected on the resident ledgers in Salesforce on a timely basis
  • Process payment configurators through Salesforce when requested ensuring that all charges are raised in line with signed tenancy agreements
  • Maintain a high quality of data in Salesforce through regular checks of error logs
Key Administrative Tasks
  • Assisting with the monthly direct debit run
  • Managing the accounts inbox
  • Checking and approving all resident deposit refund requests in preparation for payment
General Accountabilities:
  • Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role, as directed by your Manager, raising any issues with capacity so they can be properly managed.
  • Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee, meeting the standards and timescales required by the Company.
  • At all times ensure that your understanding and skill level regarding the Companys IT systems are up to date, as applicable to your role. Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of the available technology.
  • Demonstrate commitment to and align actions with the Companys values: Creative, People-First, Pioneering, Sustainable and Proud.
  • Work within the Companys policies and procedures, governance framework and standards, as detailed on the Companys intranet.
  • Remain knowledgeable about Group activities, benefiting from all forms of internal communication provided and acting as a positive ambassador for the Company at all times.
  • Use materials and resources effectively and efficiently to minimise waste and always consider the impact of potential actions alongside our Sustainability policies and goals before taking business decisions.
