Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified, experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client on their high end property in West London. You will be responsible for the PPM, reactive and remedial maintenance on electrical systems on site, liaise withsub contractors, develop relationships with clients and respond to emergencies.This role of the Electrical Engineer will primarily focus on working on electrical systems, rather than general building service maintenance on non-electrical equipment. In return you will receive a generous salary and an outstanding package, which includesa 37 hour working week, annual bonuses, working client direct and several additional perks. Our client is also offering the flexibility of choosing your working hours.Electrical Engineer Duties:

Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on electrical systems
Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to reactive maintenance callouts.
Conduct surveys and provide quotes for remedial works as necessary.
Carry out installation projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Perform testing and inspection tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using designated software.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Communicate professionally with contractors and clients, representing the company positively at all times

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
City and Guilds / EAL (Or equivalent) in Electrical Testing and Inspecting - Required
Familiar with BMS systems
At least 5 years experience prior as an Electrical Engineer
A professional and client facing attitude
Experience within Install and Commercial maintenance
